What is the cost for parking?
- Parking is free.
Where should we park?
- It is best to park in the parking lot across from the Residence Inn that is connected to the Eastwood Event Centre and the Eastwood Mall. If you park in front of the mall you will have to walk through the mall to arrive at the Event Centre.
What forms of payment will you be accepting for the raffle ticket and extra bingo card purchases?
- Cash and all cards will be accepted and secure.
What is your refund policy?
- No refunds, however you may transfer your admission to another person by just telling them to present your admission ticket.
Will we be assigned a table?
- Yes, so if you would like to sit together with family and friends, please order your tickets together and under one person's name. Upon registering give that person's name.
Do we wait for our table to be dismissed for the buffet line?
- No, once you check in and receive your packet, please find your NUMBERED table, then proceed to the buffet line.
If there is a tie during the grand prize game, will there be 2 prizes given?
- NO! There will be just one $2,500 grand prize designer purse awarded, and the tie breaker will be broken by each person drawing a card from a deck of 52 cards. High card wins and the Ace is high.
